Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations - Healthcare Services (Personal Services)

Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations (SMSO) is a strategic role within the HORNE REDi Healthcare Analytics Division. This working manager oversees the strategic coordination of REDi partners, REDi managers and all REDi operations of HORNE's REDi division. The SMSO holds overall responsibility for co-developing, communicating, and implementing the strategy that creates business value for the division and our clients.
The SMSO works closely with the following Senior Managers: Senior Manager of Healthcare Analytics, Senior Manager of Analytic Engineering & Growth, Senior Manager of Technology and Development, Senior Manager of Analytic Education and Partnerships and the Senior Manager of Analytic Assessments and IP Development to understand market trends and develop innovative solutions. Additionally, the SMSO is responsible for identifying and driving growth opportunities based on understanding of client needs.
The SMSO manages operations and resources within the division to support the REDi client-facing teams. This includes defining processes, standards and best practices for client advocacy, client success and enterprise solution architecture. Additionally, the SMSO is key advisor in helping our clients define the necessary policies and procedures to leverage client data and subject matter expertise to deliver sustainable outcomes improvement efforts.
The SMSO role is a highly influential, strategic position on a cross functional leadership team. The desired individual has experience as a collaborative leader working across multiple functional areas in healthcare, government, and the private sector. The SMSO will spend half of their time building out the operational engine of the division and the other half of their time focused business development and strategy. This position requires up to 35% travel.
