Customer Service Coordinator (Project Management)
Answer Customer Service phone calls and e-mails in a timely and professional manner.
Investigate and issue credit memos for part/core returns as requested by Management or customers.
Review and process phone, e-mail or data entry orders.
Serve as overflow support and backup for Dealer Sales phone calls and e-mails.
Solicit Dealers for additional parts business; I.e., Powertrain, CP Parts, Freon and/or Coolant.
Give the customer the best possible service, as it pertains to phone manners and follow up phone calls.
Assist with the submission of monthly Conquest claims.
Process claims for various Specialty Bulk Accounts.
Process and follow up phone orders for specific delivery times.
Run weekly and monthly reports designated by management.
Keep accurate records of all transactions made for phone sales.
Research inventory discrepancies, document errors, and changes. Report discrepancies to management.
Keep parts office and personal work areas clean.
Work in a professional manner with other employees in Accounting, Sales, Warehouse, and Fleet departments.
