Customer Success Manager (Sales)
This position is a hybrid position. The office is located in Edison, New Jersey.
Operational (55%)
Coordinate with Retail customer and Operations to ensure timely execution of digital incentives/ offers programming
Engage with Retailer's manufacturers to ensure successful offer set-up and maintenance, which may include entering offer details into a campaign management system, identifying SKUs, identifying valid stores/banners for redemption, etc.
Provide expert customer insight to Product teams on innovation and improvement opportunities for user experience, product features, and customer engagement processes
Assist in developing and maintaining best practices to ensure Retailer and its CPG investors are realizing the maximum benefit from Inmar's products and services
Ensure consistency between digital offers on Retailer's website and printed promotions in Retailer's weekly circular; proofread all offer details in both locations and resolve any discrepancies
Analytical (15%)
Assist with the execution and distribution of weekly performance reporting by banner
Work with the Sr. Manager to prepare monthly and quarterly business review (MBR/ QBR) meetings
Administrative (30%)
Act as point of contact for level one customer care issue resolution, which includes research to support resolution of customer complaints pertaining to digital coupons and/ or escalation of the issue to level 2 Retailer support
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position. 2-3 years of progressive experience within a marketing, advertising technology firm, or retailer
Team player, able to collaborate with several cross functional teams to achieve a common goal
Experience working to promote value through customer experience
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
Proficiency in Excel and functions such as V Lookups, Pivot tables, etc preferred
SAP experience is a plus
Experience working for a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company, a marketing services provider, shopper marketing agency or retailer (Grocery, Drug, Dollar, Mass) is preferred
Experience with digital incentive programs is a plus
