We are currently looking for an Electrical Safety Trainer Bilingual to join our team!

What youll be doing:
Deliver engaging electrical safety training sessions in English and Spanish for employees, contractors, and clients
Conduct classroom instruction, on-site, and virtual training as needed
Customize training materials for different learning styles and cultural contexts
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and local safety codes
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, certifications, and improvements
Serve as a subject matter expert on electrical safety and communicate updates in regulations or company policies
Collaborate with safety and operations teams to support a comprehensive safety program
What were looking for:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
3+ years of experience in electrical work, safety training, or related field
Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, including NFPA 70E and OSHA regulations
Experience delivering training in classroom, field, and/or virtual environments
OSHA 500 required; NFPA 70E certification preferred
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to travel to various job sites and training locations as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or a related degree preferred
