Demonstrates an understanding of adolescent growth and development and must be able to co-facilitate a didactic and experiential group or is willing to learn to co-facilitate groups.
Involves driving, sitting, walking, handling charts and talking on the phone for extended periods of time.
Participate in written and verbal shift changes by communicating with staff either verbally or in written communication logs, shift updates.
Maintains safe, orderly, and therapeutic physical environment for clients as directed by supervisors and clinical team.
Support the daily structure through helping clients attend all scheduled activities.
Under direction of supervisors, facilitates activities including recreational groups and meetings.
