Production Lead (Specialist) - 3 Phase Pads (Finance)

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Pads team.

Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Delegating tasks to team members.

This team is responsible for initial incoming testing and inspection of both single and three phase pad mount transformer units as well as the tear down and reassembly of those units.

Reviewing work orders for unit instructions and reviewing specifications for accuracy.

Complete production output level for the day/week.

Adhere to Sunbelt Solomon Safety and Equipment remanufacturing process standards.
