Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor (Next Gen Analytics Tools) (Information Technology)



Summary

This opportunity focuses heavily on the success of our customers through the effective management and support of our Analytic Products. As part of the Customer Success Team, you will serve as a liaison between the Product Management Team, engineering/IT, and the User Groups/ Stakeholders of our Products. The role will partner with the Business Product Owners, Technical Product Owners, Business Analysts, and others to support the success of our Strategic Products by leading business/ operational readiness activities, Product Support, and monitoring/management of Product Health Scoring and Metrics. As new products and/or capabilities are introduced, this role will ensure the business is ready (and excited) to start using them. As Products mature, responsibilities will continue to oversee the Products health (Consumer NPS/quality/stability/value) through driving incremental process improvement, increased automation and self-service capabilities while ensuring the expected value and outcomes are delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, readiness, and implementation of new content for Customer consumption.
  • Communication and prioritization of Customer Issues/Updates with Product Owner, including the assisting in testing and implementation of solutions to Production.
  • Build relationships through direct Customer engagement
  • Establish scalable processes to survey and capture information/insights/feedback/metrics on Products
  • Translates customer objectives into requirements understanding and proactively anticipating user needs.
  • Collaborate across functional teams - Product Owners, customers, developers, IT, infrastructure support, Senior Leadership, and other Analytic partners (Data Science/Medical Economics) to meet the Product Delivery objectives.
  • Identify and take ownership of issues with the ability to engage matrix partners for issue resolution and/or enhancements.
  • Enforce Service Level Agreements (SLA's) through effective partnering with dependent data and technology teams to ensure accessibility and quality of our strategic products.
  • Pinpoint and implement opportunities for improved outcomes, value, and Customer Product experience

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of equivalent experience in Healthcare Data Analytics
  • Data and analytics and Data Mining experience is required
  • Proficient in writing and manipulting exiting SQL, Toad and/or SAS queries
  • Candidate must also demonstrate a "product mindset" with the ability to problem solve, collaborate, and enable realization of business value in an iterative fashion
  • Experience in healthcare environment (Operations, Processes, Data) is preferred
  • Strategic thinking is required; must be able to track to goals and deadlines in the context of the big picture

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 88,000 - 146,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
