Contract Pricing Specialist II (Finance)
Participates in the price and attribute management of complex business cases. Ensures price management represents terms and conditions of customer contracts
Participates in the RFP process and implementations for large supply chain business cases
Supports Client Solutions by providing data for proforma analysis as well as information for written proposals.
Partner with Sourcing Managers in order to provide lower cost solutions and/or cost avoidance
Review supplier cost changes against items managed in Sales Prices and work with Proposal Teams to implement necessary changes.
Analyze margin holds related to items managed in Sales Prices for Proposal Teams and determine necessary action required.
Work with numerous departments within KGP to meet and exceed customer expectations. This includes assisting with vendor and purchase order issues, customer pricing contracts, service requests, and product management/sourcing.
Ownership of pricing for named accounts, which includes rebate administration, assisting with supplier negotiations and management of margin and/or mark-ups.
Responsible for the customer sync processes.
Utilizes advanced Excel skills and conducts data analysis.
Performs other duties as requested by the Contract Pricing Manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
HS Diploma or equivalent or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
