What You'll Do
Champion automation as the key to improving overall security and increasing efficiency across the enterprise
Use key metrics and analysis to ensure Alliances are managing their controls and governance effectively
You will be the face of the TCO team in maintaining healthy and productive work relationships with all EFX Alliances through the use of Bi-weekly Collaboration meetings, educational forums, TechSec reviews, etc.
Provide continued follow-up with Alliance teams to perform proper assessment and measurement thought well established KPIs
Ensure TCO goals are clear and best practices are being developed and followed
Identify, design and execute enhancements to the TCO organization as well as project, program and portfolio governance, discipline and best practices
Align with and deliver any executive reports and presentations required on behalf of the team
Provide expertise and coaching regarding project management when needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or IT field.
7+ years of cross-org Program Management experience required
7+ years of experience leading large programs across applicable IT and Business functions (e.g., Infrastructure, Platform Build, Product, IT Strategy, Data and Analytics)
2+ years of experience leading technology compliance or Information Security initiatives
Experience leading and successfully delivering results for complex growth initiatives or business transformations which involve large cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment
Extra Points for any of the Following
Strong ability to establish alliances with other departments and BUs/COEs
Knowledge or Willingness to learn SaFe Agile Practices for solution delivery.
Agile experience and/or certifications desired
Experience with deploying projects related to IT Automation
Evidence of transforming IT organizations with efficiency improvements and lowering of costs & complexity
Security/Compliance Certifications
