Team Lead (L5) (Manufacturing)

JOB DUTIES:
As an L5 Team Lead you will manage a team of 5-10 technical engineers. This role is responsible for delivery execution, team development, and aligning technical work with business goals. The Team Lead will play a key role in project planning, team growth, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead and support a team of engineers through planning, execution, and delivery
· Break down complex initiatives into manageable tasks and incremental releases
· Set timelines and ensure delivery commitments are met
· Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders
· Provide coaching, feedback, and career development
· Remove blockers and improve team productivity
· Maintain quality through sound development processes
· Translate business needs into clear technical direction
· Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related technical field
· 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
· Strong people leadership and coaching abilities
· Project planning and delivery management
· Effective communication across technical and business contexts
· Conflict resolution and team-building skills
· Technical understanding to support informed decision-making
· Performance evaluation and resource planning experience
