Retail Technology Analyst- Remote (Biotech)

Position Summary:

As a Retail Technology & Implementation Analyst, you will work as a member of Digital Promotions Network Retail Technology Team to respond and support our onboarded clients. Key responsibilities of this role will be to support the clients and the retail implementers in troubleshooting POS issues and help resolve issues that have been submitted in a ticket format timely and accurately.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Technical (50%)
    • Technical Support: troubleshooting and responding to client's issues. Resolving their issues as quickly and accurately as possible.
    • Business Product Support: manage business tools and users for business systems (Asana, Trello, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
    • Technical Implementation: assist the implementation team on implementations of technical solutions at customer sites, working directly with customers to coordinate timelines across multiple sites or a single site.
  • Research & Troubleshooting (30%)
    • Supports the Retail Technology Team in investigating and researching retailer/partner issues
    • Provides technical guidance to retailers/partners
    • Provides team support for onboarding a new retailer/partner
  • Operational (20%)
    •  Process Automation: identify manual work that can be automated through technological processes, maintaining, creating standard operating procedures, and optimizing technological processes for efficiency.
    • Customer Service: Clear and concise communications and description of requirements to the client. The ability to gather large amounts of data and process it to actionable tasks for other team members to act upon.
    • Coordination: Setup and designate time to work with retailers/partners to gather and reiterate necessary items to the completion of the implementation

  • Project Management (10%)
    • Project management: support technological roadmap to align with business goals, working with team members to design and deploy technological solutions, setting and meeting specific project milestones and deadlines using project management tools to track progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates or equivalent experience required
  • 1-2 Years work experience and/or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.
