What You Will Do as a …
Operates the sorting equipment and performs any/or all of the functions necessary to sort mail by zip codes for lowest postal discounts. Duties may vary according to jobs.
Starting Base Wage is $14.50 p/h (2nd & 3rd shift receive 10% shift pay or $15.95 p/h).
Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities:
Maintains confidentiality of CDS and its clients' proprietary information.
Maintain production and quality expectations. Will rotate between the various functions of the department.
• Places mail in correct tray/box in accordance with departmental procedures.
The above duties may be performed anywhere from 0-100% of the workday. Employee needs to be able to work in designated department/area and participate, in CDS Global's ergonomic stretching/strengthening exercise program.
Additional Duties and/or Responsibilities:
(Continuous = 67-100% of workday, Frequent = 34-66% of workday, Occasional = 6-33% of workday, Rare = 1-5% of workday)
Exposure to variations in temperatures, Mechanical hazards, Cluttered/Slippery Floors, Exposure to Dust.

Standing, Gripping/Grasping, Pinching, Visual Acuity of 20/40 or better up to 20”.
Bending, Stooping, Twisting, Reaching above/below Shoulder, Eye/Hand coordination, Walking, Wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation), Lifting/Carrying up to 20 pounds.
Pushing/Pulling with up to 51 40 pounds of force, Working at a low position.
