Lead Behavioral Health Clinic Receptionist (Finance)
Observe Behavioral Health Admin Specialists, Patient Care Coordinators, and Psychiatric Admin Specialists roles at least thirty percent of your in-office hours each week to give immediate feedback and adjust workflows as needed and to ensure our standards are being met.
Helps direct check-in desk and administrative workflow
Enforce all NAL policies and procedures in the absence of the Administrative Manager
Inform Administrative Manager of staff problems or concerns
Assist administrative staff with daily duties as needed
Assist with coverage in the event of staff shortage
Cover for in his/her absence or as directed by Administrative Manager
Assist Administrative Manager with any task or project as requested
Keep office space orderly and report maintenance needs in a timely manner to Administrative Manager
Manage provider and patient requests/concerns as directed by the Administrative Manager
Help coordinate and plan summer company picnics and site parties
Assist in training new BHAS in conjunction with Regional Office Support Specialists
Monitor administrative work flows to ensure immediate and accurate patient scheduling through incoming calls and referrals
Act as liaison between clinicians and Patient Care Coordinators regarding schedule concerns, availability for new patients, and changes in specialties in the absence of the Administrative Manager
Follow clinic policies and procedures at Administrative Managers directive
Attend mandatory meetings and trainings, may include occasional after-hours meetings
Other duties and tasks as assigned
