Communicate and track monthly enrollment with employees and managers
Process all monthly elections within HRIS
Monitor all correspondence with weekly file feed (eBN) and respond to all questions on issues from the carriers (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
Assist with Annual Open Enrollment planning and execution (planning, communication, running meetings, answering questions, etc.)
Process all monthly Qualified Life Events (QLE) - assure proper documentation is attached to each
Track and coordinate weekly terminated employees/ Cobra adds to the Cobra system.
On a monthly basis track all new hires and keep a spreadsheet of those that have come through New Employee Orientation
Send out NEO invitations and announcements to employees and managers
