Forklift Driver (1st and 2nd shift) (Bloomington, MN) (Finance)
As a Material Handler/ Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for maintaining core inventory by documenting core production, collaborating with the scheduling team, and gathering core for production usage.

What do we have to offer?
Starting hourly rate $22-22.75 per hour
$1.00 increase after completion of onboarding checklist and 60 days of employment
1st shift 8 hours - start time 6am
2nd shift 8 hours- start time 3 pm
5% quarterly bonus potential

What will make you a successful candidate?
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
3+ years of forklift experience preferred
Must be able to lift 35lbs
Microsoft Excel competency
What will you do?
Verify accuracy in core inventory - both quantity and quality
Locate and identify correct cores during the kitting process
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Handle core returns with proper documentation and communication
Conduct regular 5S activities to ensure material handling equipment is in top condition
Collaborate with other departments to track down missing or damaged cores
Work closely with the scheduling team to support timely distribution of cores
Document and report inventory discrepancies
Pursue additional certifications or credentials as needed for your role or growth
