We are looking for an astute, determined professional a Product Marketing Director position on our Global Product Marketing team. This position will report to the Vice President of Global Product Marketing for PGIM Investments. You will showcase your success through collaboration, ownership, and innovation. Your expertise in a fast-paced, sales-driven, multi-channel distribution environment and knowledge of best industry practices will be focused on creating differentiated content to help grow and maintain our competitive edge across our fixed income, real estate, and alternative products.
Collaborate with product/business partners to evaluate opportunities, develop recommendations, and create impactful marketing content in support of our fixed income, real estate and alternative suite of products; deliverables may include thought leadership and product-related content such as sales ideas, presentations, thematic content, timely market-driven commentaries, topical articles, webpages, etc.
Work with Product Managers, Sales, and PGIM affiliates (e.g. PGIM Fixed Income, PGIM Real Estate), to develop and refine product messaging and guide other marketing team members to ensure consistency in message and product positioning.
Liaise with marketing partners in PGIM's affiliate groups to leverage, edit and reimagine existing institutionally focused marketing collateral as needed to support different delivery mechanisms for intermediary (gatekeeper, analyst, financial advisor) and retail (client) audiences.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, including coordinating various aspects of the review, approval and production workflow with Product, Editorial, Design, Digital, Compliance, etc.
Develop and maintain actionable strategies and project plans that align with product/business goals and manage marketing materials aspects of product-related initiatives such as new product launches. Clearly articulate key details and progress to key stakeholders and leadership.
Establish strong working relationships with key business partners such as PGIM affiliates, Product Management, Sales, National Accounts, Client Marketing, Communications, Legal and Marketing Review.
Seasoned product marketer with a ‘can-do' results-oriented approach and in-depth knowledge of the capital markets and investment products.
Previous experience marketing fixed income and/or real estate/alternative products in a sales-driven, multi-channel distribution environment preferred.
Strong research and analytical skills with hands-on content development and product messaging experience, including the ability to distill complex financial concepts into simple investment stories with supporting data/visuals.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
Strong writing, communications, and visual presentation skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to apply problem-solving skills to deliver sound process improvement recommendations that drive business results.
Ideal Personal Profile
7+ years' experience in product marketing, investment writing/content marketing or product management in the asset management industry
Series 7 license preferred; must be capable of obtaining licensing within 120 days if not currently held.
Bachelor's degree required. CFA or CIMA designation preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Experience using Morningstar Direct preferred.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $140,000 to $175,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
