VytlOne (formerly Maxor National Pharmacy Services) has an exciting opportunity for The Health Center Program Director in Washington, DC. The Health Center Program Director is responsible for creating a superior customer experience for our Health Center partners in pharmacy. The Health Center Program Director directly oversees assigned programs in order to manage the quality and execution of pharmacy programs in a comprehensive, collaborative manner; is accountable for all activities of the assigned programs. Responsible for communicating and escalating any program needs and status to the Regional Vice President.

The Health Center Program Director is also responsible for providing support to 340B qualified healthcare providers (covered entities) and contract pharmacies. In this position, the 340B Program Manager will be responsible for helping to ensure 340B program integrity is maintained on behalf of Covered Entities by providing day to day operational support of Maxor owned products and systems including but not limited to analyzing and troubleshooting data, ongoing examination of accumulations, supporting split billing crosswalk maintenance, providing contract pharmacy operational and implementation support, and other duties as required. The Program Director will help ensure that the customer/client is receiving optimal value from VytlOne Pharmacy Services.

This is a complex, people-leadership role that requires hands-on engagement and effective change-management execution. The successful candidate must possess strong planning & execution and operational business acumen. In addition to responsibilities consistent with the HC Program Manager role, the director will have the added responsibility to lead enterprise initiatives and projects such as standardized 340B implementation, DoD program support, special assignments and mentoring new HC program managers across the organization.

Responsibilities

1. Proactively identify strategic growth initiatives and drive their implementation by conducting opportunity analyses, pitching to health center executives, and developing resourcing plans
2. Serve as a leader and coordinator in enabling the growth of new and existing pharmacy programs, through high-profile ownership of strategic and operating initiatives
3. Supports clients in the monitoring of utilization records, inventory and 340B and non 340B purchasing accounts to ensure that software or tools are working properly and accurately.
4. Contributes to follow up activities to drive value and customer satisfaction through solution development with appropriate internal Maxor 340B resources, including contract management, pricing increases and renewals, data analytics and solution ticket monitoring.
5. Responsible for leveraging knowledge, recommendations, and resources to resolve issues, implement improvements, ensure consistency and compliance for 340B Maxor clients. Proactively promotes knowledge-sharing and recommendations to resolve issues, optimize improvements and ensure consistency.
6. Serves on various work groups, implementation teams, or other committees to improve the success of VytlOne. Acts as a liaison with necessary internal personnel and departments to ensure VytlOne systems reflects 340B program integrity, where appropriate, validates internal processes.
7. Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
8. Comply with VytlOne's Ethical Business Conduct policy and VytlOne's Compliance Program.
9. Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
10. Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.
11. Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
12. Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.
13. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience: 7+ years industry related experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Possesses an in-depth understanding of 340B program administration with experience in an account management, implementation, or operational support role for a 340B program.
  • Demonstrated comprehensive in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical care, pharmacy systems, patient workflows, pharmacy operations regulations and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership and communication skills in establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to address problems that are broad, complex and abstract, often requiring creativity, resourcefulness, and staff engagement to develop solutions.
  • Independence of Action: Ability to set direction and vision for major departments or multiple departments. Establishes priorities, develops policies and allocates resources.
  • Written Communications: Ability to communicate complex information in English effectively in writing to all levels of staff, management and external customers across functional areas.
  • Oral Communications: Ability to verbally communicate complex concepts in English and address sensitive situations, resolve conflicts, motivate and persuade others.
  • Teamwork: Ability to lead collaborative teams for larger projects or groups both internal and external to the Pharmacy and across functional areas. Results have implications for the management and operations of multiple areas of the organization.
  • Customer Service: Ability to lead operational initiatives to meet or exceed client/customer service standards and expectations in a timely and respectful manner.
