Member Services Rep (Administrative)
This incumbent will be required to attend a 2 to 3 week training class as well as ongoing periodic refresher training to service our customers.
Required Qualifications:
Must be flexible to work varied shifts ranging anywhere from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week

abilities/proficiency, a strong attention to detail, and an interest in preventing errors
15. Must possess ability to up sell our products and our company, possess a sales aptitude, be passionate about our products and our customers
16. Must possess basis reading, writing and arithmetic skills (reading/math comprehension)
17. Must possess demonstrated competency in Windows ('Outlook, 'Word, 'Internet Explorer,
Excel and PowerPoint)
18. Must be able to do some travel
19. Service oriented, actively looking for ways to help people
20. Demonstrate critical thinking and decision making abilities
21. Meet quality and productivity and behavior expectations
