Project Manager - Hybrid or Remote (Engineering)
Job Summary
Working with moderate supervision, the Project Manager is responsible for management of all types of projects with individual project management emphasis small to medium sized business line projects. Ensures execution of various components of the project management life cycle, processes, stage gates, required artifacts, communication, issues management and all aspects of project delivery. Additionally, the Project Manager should continually assess the business needs and solutions to ensure the project is managed in terms of scope, time, cost and quality. The Project Manager continues to evolve in the project management discipline and is gaining expertise in the organization. The role serves as the point of contact for all parties including the business lines, management, team members and third parties (vendors). The Project Manager needs to possess an evolving understanding of the businesses they support, at an industry and market level, allowing them to incorporate key elements into an initiative.

Fully complies with all applicable enterprise policies and procedures. Acts in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as outlined in training materials, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act. Responsible for reporting suspicious activity to Financial Intelligence. Responsible to report all customer complaints as prescribed and procedure violations to management or HR. Responsible to report ethical concerns as needed to Associated's anonymous Ethics Hotline.
