Global Compliance Manager (R&D)
Jabil is seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Compliance Manager to join our comprehensive, global compliance team at our St. Petersburg headquarters.
How will you make an impact? The Global Compliance Manager role will be high-impact with investigative rigor and strategic program development, offering significant global exposure and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with regional compliance teams in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, and support our analytics, monitoring, and remediation efforts.
What will you do?
Lead and conduct complex internal investigations involving allegations of fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, procurement-related misconduct, and other policy violations, applying forensic techniques and sound investigative judgment.
Design and execute compliance risk assessments, monitoring, and program evaluations to ensure effective controls and comprehensive remediation.
Support and enhance global anti-bribery and corruption efforts, ensuring compliance with regulations such as the FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
Collaborate across departments and geographies to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to ethics and compliance.
Provide data-informed insights through compliance analytics and help drive remediation and improvement actions.
Develop and deliver impactful policies, training, and awareness campaigns that build a culture of integrity.
Advise senior leadership on key findings, risk trends, and program enhancements.
How will you get here?
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a similar related field is required.
Experience:
CPA strongly preferred; certifications like CFE or CIA are a plus.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in compliance, forensic accounting, investigations, and risk management.
Demonstrated experience with anti-bribery, procurement fraud, financial reporting compliance, and complex internal investigations.
Significant experience building and enhancing compliance programs, with a focus on risk assessments, monitoring, and remediation.
Global exposure working with regional teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Familiarity with compliance analytics, monitoring tools, and program evaluation techniques.
Big Four background highly desirable.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and their application in compliance and forensic investigations.
Skeptical yet practical mindset, with strong judgment and a natural curiosity to uncover root causes and drive systemic solutions.
Exceptional communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across functions and cultures.
Proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and is energized by problem-solving and ethical leadership.
