Recruiting Coordinator- Various Locations within Northeast Division (Human Resources)

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
- Consults with the Talent Acquisition Director and TA Team on the Division's requisition needs.
- Assists with administrative duties in support of college recruiting initiatives and other recruiting events.
- Posts and updates new positions on company and career websites.
- Opens, closes, and dispositions candidates in Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors).
- Assists TA team with screening of candidates in ATS.
- Initiates pre-employment assessments, i.e., drug tests, offer letters, background checks, etc.
- Coordinates candidate travel expenses and reimbursements.
- Processes debt statements for candidate expenses.
- Assists with creating job descriptions.
- Coordinates collection or new-hire paperwork.
- Schedules interviews for hiring managers and recruiters.
- Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
- Work proactively with assigned hiring managers to understand their immediate and upcoming needs under direction from TA Director and TA team.
- Identify, screen and engage potential candidates that will fit and flourish in the culture
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employee referrals to find potential talent
- Create and communicate a recruiting and sourcing plan for each open position
- Provide consistent follow-up with managers on recruiting progress
- Build a pipeline of qualified passive candidates for reoccurring needs
- Use SuccessFactors ATS to organize candidate resumes
- Extensive use of LinkedIn and other tools to engage both active and passive candidates
- Special HR/Recruitment team projects and other duties assigned
- Contacts employee references as needed.
- Perform other special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
- 2+ year's experience conducting nationwide searches and recruiting professionals in multiple disciplines
- 2+ year's experience creating job descriptions, delivering and negotiating job offers and acting as a liaison between new hires and hiring managers
- Experience with MS Office, job boards and software-based Applicant Tracking System
- Ability to communicate with hiring managers and candidates at all levels (written/verbal)
- Ability to fill orders with a sense of urgency and manage multiple concurrent searches
Other Requirements
- Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
