What Youll Do
As the Kitchen Manager, youll be the driving force behind our fresh food and beverage operation. From leading a talented team to ensuring every item meets brand standards, your leadership will create an outstanding customer experience and keep our market kitchen running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly evaluate, adjust and enhance the food menu based on customer feedback, seasonal trends, and business goals.Create and test new menu items, ensuring they meet standards for quality, presentation, and profitability.Collaborate with leadership on menu rollouts, offer enhancements and promotional offerings.Ensure top-notch food safety & sanitation standardsManage inventory, control costs, and minimize wasteTrain and inspire your kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality mealsDrive profitability through smart expense management and menu planningSupervise and develop a team of Market Teammates.
What Were Looking For
Proven leadership experience as a Kitchen Manager (or similar role)Strong culinary background and deep knowledge of food safety regulationsExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead and motivate a team in a positive, collaborative wayProficiency with inventory management and kitchen technologyFlexible schedule (50 hrs/week, must be able to work nights & weekends)
