Full desk/cycle recruiting strategies for assigned positions.
Sourcing candidates for a solid pipeline of candidates in our fast-paced organization.
Must be highly proficient with a variety of sourcing channels including cold calling, BOOLEAN searches, networking, database mining, social media and other creative methods to find talent.
Must a strong attention to detail, be able to "listen" to the client business needs and then execute the correct recruiting action/function designed to fill the role in a timely manner, all the while keeping the business engaged in the activities to date.
Play a critical role in helping to share OHD Employer Brand story and establishing OHD as an employer of choice for prospective candidates.
Qualifications
3 - 5 years successful full desk/cycle experience.
Any experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud is preferred.
Must a strong attention to detail, be able to "listen" to the client business needs and then execute the correct recruiting action/function designed to fill the role in a timely manner, all the while keeping the business engaged in the activities to date.
Demonstrate respect for others while displaying high ethics and integrity.Demonstrated expertise in social media.
Ability to develop customer relationship management, consultative and negotiation skills.
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well in a team environment with competing demands and tight deadlines.
Able to network, build and develop relationships within the collegiate/technical/vocational communities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong internet research skills.
Education
Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and full desk recruiting experience
