Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

Oversee daily fashion closet sample activity, including maintaining accurate records with check-in/check-out photos uploaded to the server at the end of each day

Execute and assist with fashion sample call-ins for cover shoots, fashion stories, front-of-book, features, digital, and video content

Maintain and manage shoot and trunk shipment schedules, including international shipping logistics, carnets, and customs paperwork

Organize and prepare storyboards for stylist updates, editorial run-throughs, and fittings

Ensure smooth coordination between stylists, editors, and production teams

Support the fashion team in producing best-in-class visual content across platforms

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to maintain streamlined operations

This position is based in New York City and follows a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days per week in the office

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

You have 1+ years of experience working on the market team at a consumer fashion magazine

You have a strong interest in fashion and a pulse on current trends, designers, and industry news

You have excellent writing and communication skills

You are collaborative and function well in a fast-paced environment

You have a good attitude and top-notch organizational skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through

Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced editorial environment

Strong understanding of fashion trends, designers, and seasonal collections

Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and shared file systems

Prior experience working in a fashion closet or with fashion samples is strongly preferred

Must be comfortable lifting/moving fashion trunks and handling physical inventory

The base salary for this role is between $60,000 - $62,700. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
