Senior Manager, Staff Engagement and Retention (Project Management)
The Senior Manager, Staff Engagement and Retention reports to the Vice President, Human Resources and Administration or designee and is a member of the Human Resources Leadership and Program Leadership Teams (PLT). This role leads employee engagement, retention culture initiatives of VOACC. The Senior Manager will collaborate with all levels of Management and HR team members to drive a culture of appreciation, engagement and retention of staff that reflects our mission to those whom we serve. The Senior Manager will also serve as the Mission Committee Chair and driver alongside the DEI Committee, Ministry Committee and Communication Committee initiatives that supports the Vision 2025 enhancement of organizational culture.
