Job Description
Job Summary:
As part of the team, the successful candidate will have responsibility for processing III- V wafers in a cleanroom environment. Process could include photo lithography, wet and dry etch, thin film deposition and metrology.Candidate will qualify tools and processes, and process wafers per instructions, digital or paper. Candidate will characterize wafers and devices using various metrology like ellipsometry, profilometer, optical microscopes, laser confocal microscopes, interferometers etc. As part of process development, hands-on wafer fabrication and characterization of pilot lots is required.
