This role is responsible for developing and deploying the Global Sourcing Strategy and commercial relationship development and maintenance within categories of CMOs and Beads. Will be responsible for supplier negotiation, discussions, selection, make or buy analysis and decision making and keep a pulse on the market landscape supporting on market and NPI programs. Additionally, this position will be responsible of facilitating all communications, both internally and externally, regarding supplier pricing, contracts and commercial relationship status.
This position will regularly work across functions and at all levels within the Organization. Must have strong negotiation skills and be focused on delivering savings, efficiency and de-risking of the end-to-end supply chain.

The estimated base salary range for the Sr Staff - Strategic Sourcing (CMOs and Beads) role based in the United States of America is: $124,300 - $186,500. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable salary range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
