Sr ISC Production Supervisor (Finance)
You will report directly to our Production Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location at Sky Harbor on Monday thru Friday first shift onsite, with a weekend rotation schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring the smooth and efficient production process, meeting production targets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and supervise a team of production associates to ensure the timely and efficient production of aerospace, FAA, and Military products.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to optimize productivity and quality.
• Lead projects to drive business KPI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
