Job Summary Our Maskers take pride in safely and efficiently preparing raw material and assembling our customer parts to prepare for plating. This work enables the customer's product to be processed according to specific specifications by the Line Operators. Once the metal finishing process is complete, Rackers carefully remove the customer's parts from the rack and package them to get them ready for shipping. Pioneer provides all employees on-the-job training and development to ensure they follow proper procedures, identify quality issues, and understand all of the equipment used in the metal finishing process.
