Job Summary
Scotlynn USA has an exciting opportunity for Management/Human Resource Management Majors interested in developing hands-on experience in all aspects of Human Resources and Recruiting. This internship is ideal for any Management or Human Resources students who have already completed coursework or have had experience with Human Resources and Recruiting to put into practice academic concepts learned.
Responsibilities and Duties
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
Assisting Scotlynn's Human Resources Manager and supporting the Human Resources Department with various tasks, projects, and procedures
Aid recruiting process: prospecting, screening applicants, scheduling candidate interviews, reference checking, and organizing on-boarding paperwork and procedures
Helping with spreadsheet tracking, filing and organization as well as assisting with volunteer coordinating and organizing company events
Qualifications:
Part-time or Full-time student majoring in Management, Human Resources, or other related field of Business
(Preferred) Availability full days
Must maintain professionalism and have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Strong team player and comfortable taking initiative
