Vice President Franchise Partners - Retail (Finance)



Job Overview:

The Vice President of Franchise Partners is a strategic and operational leader responsible for managing and growing the company's franchise network with the priority of helping our franchise partners grow and thrive. This role serves as the primary liaison between retail leadership and franchise partners, driving performance, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships. The VP will develop strategies to accelerate growth, optimize franchise operations, and enhance franchisee satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

• Franchise Strategy & Growth: The highest priority is to develop and execute strategies to expand the franchise network, identify new market opportunities, and optimize franchise performance.

• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, building trust, resolving issues, and facilitating collaboration across teams.

• Operational Excellence: Establish and enforce operational standards, best practices, and KPIs for franchise locations to ensure consistent customer experience and profitability.

• Financial Oversight: Monitor franchise performance, review financial statements, provide actionable insights, and drive initiatives to enhance franchise profitability.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure franchise partners adhere to legal, regulatory, and brand requirements, managing risk and protecting company reputation.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, HR, and operations teams to support franchisee success and alignment with corporate objectives.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education/ Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10-15 years of leadership experience in retail operations, franchise management, or multi-unit management.

• Proven history of building strong franchise partnerships and driving revenue growth.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and performance analysis.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and people skills.

• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and franchise partners.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on actionable insights.

Work Environment:

Hybrid Role:

• This position follows a hybrid schedule working in office () days per week. The acceptable split between onsite and remote work is determined by the manager. Hybrid associates may choose to work from an office on a more frequent basis than required.

Travel:

• This position may require the associate to travel to retail partner locations, retail stores, company offices, distribution centers, or other locations for specific meetings or other business reasons.

Physical Environment/Demands:

Office Roles:

• Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.

• Incumbent may sit for extended periods of time at a desk or computer terminal.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

• Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephones, and other office equipment in the course of a normal workday.

• Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in the completion of job duties.
