The Specialty Components Group is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial unit consisting of multiple brands and unique go-to-market strategies. In this dynamic role, you will have responsibility for executing campaigns utilizing the latest industry software including Salesforce CRM, HubSpot marketing automation, digital web tools and more. Together with the Product and Channel Strategy Manager, you will develop & execute marketing strategies, tactics, 3 rd party vendors, and budget driving to improve KPIs. Ultimately the marketing team will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate leads, accelerate pipeline opportunities, and generate revenue.
Responsibilities
Plan, create, launch, measure, and report performance of marketing campaigns with the intent of creating and nurturing leads, acquiring customers, and growing revenue; including but not limited to:
Collaborate cross-functionally across the company and external partners (e.g., product, sales, engineering) to develop content supporting strategic marketing initiatives
Basic website improvements and maintenance of content and digital tools including updating user experience, imagery, text, and products
Email campaign development and execution
Technical literature including brochures, white papers, case studies
Formatting and distribution of external communications including announcements via email blast and traditional and social medias
Coordination and/or creation of digital and print ads in media outlets, publications, and third-party programs
Optimize lead-to-quote process developing top-of-funnel (ToF) and middle-of-funnel (MoF) expansion resulting in maximizing lead conversion and an increase of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
Regularly conduct market-based research and voice of customer (VOC) interviews to aid in the development or evolution of new and existing campaigns
Develop & implement SOPs for change and process improvements, create communication plans, and execute trainings to appropriate teams
Creation and execution of promotional events including customer visits and trade show planning, coordination, and execution
Support commercial side of the business with promotional marketing materials, mass communications, Salesforce and sales hand-off trainings, and Salesforce lead management best practices
Qualifications
5 - 7 years of experience in marketing programs and/or marketing campaigns
Ability to do tactical reporting, data mining, and critical analysis:
MS Office suite Power User (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
Desired
Design Software (Adobe Creative Suite)
Business Intelligence Programs (Creation of Custom Reporting, Dashboards, and Analytics)
Web programs (Google Ads & Analytics, Bing, LinkedIn, web analytics)
ERP Systems (SAP and/or Oracle)
SEO and/or PPC background
Well-rounded experience and knowledge of digital marketing channels and related metrics and analytics
Strong command of communication and interpersonal skills liaising between both internal and external partners
Comfortable working in a matrix environment with multiple partners and shared services
Strong project management skills
Marketing in Industrial industry or highly engineered products a plus
A bachelor's degree in marketing or communication.
