Learning Operations Manager (Education)
About the Role:

They will have depth of experience in program and system management in the L&D space. They have a proven track record of taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and planning/project management skills.
Responsibilities:
Establish and manage learning processes that enforce standards, efficiencies, and enable us to build to scale.
Manage the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS) including, but not limited to course assignments, reporting, keeping the user views fresh with new information, and answering user questions.
Curate courses from our course library to ensure a minimum of quarterly updates are delivered.
Build reports and dashboards that show business impact and inform actions for improvement.
Improve the employee onboarding program such that time to productivity is reduced.
Leverage our course library, vendors, and SMEs to design and deliver programs that address development needs. Prioritizing frontline and middle management programs first.
Coordinate and communicate to ensure the business is informed, engaged, and strategically aligned to our development goals.
First Year Deliverables:
Implement and launch our first Learning Management System with curated courses available/assigned from course library.
Define and manage our global and regional orientation program.
Facilitate the communication, assignment, and tracking of frontline and middle management development programs.
Establish and coordinate quarterly operational cadence for engaging stakeholders, SMEs, reporting KPIs, and communicating to the business.
Requirements:
3+ years managing an LMS to include user (records, accounts, etc.) management, Docebo LMS experience preferred.
7+ years of work experience in the areas of learning operations, including program management, collaborating with stakeholders, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on target.
Self-aware professional who seeks feedback and opportunities for development.
Experience working in a remote, globally distributed team in a fast-paced, scale-up environment strongly preferred.
An instructional design background is preferred.
