Position Summary

ALL Crane Service, LLC. is seeking an Administrative Assistant with solid general office skills to assist the Service Department. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits in a casual office environment.  

Essential Functions

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Various administrative tasks and office support activities such as processing documents, faxing, filing and data entry
  • Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and recording of all charges, records and other entries
  • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Must have solid general office skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to operate office equipment and technology
  • Must be able to stand, walk, squat, reach, and lift up to 20 lbs.
