Manager – Procurement Contracting Services (Project Management)
Provide guidance on assigned activities and ensure follow- through on assigned tasks and projects. Understand, counsel business leaders, and enforce procurement policies and procedures and ensure that they are followed.
Diagnose, design and implement process changes within procurement's contracting team to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Effectively utilize resources.
Ability to challenge status quo, current practices and assumptions in pursuit of continuous improvement.
Provide clear communication, specific measurements that are meaningful to stakeholders and drive strategic objectives.
Ability to effectively utilize metrics to measure team and individual team member performance.
Proven ability to build a strong team through an emphasis in diversity and inclusion.
Proven ability to establish and maintain a broad, diverse network of relationships throughout the organization including counterparts in Legal, Audit, HR, Risk Management and various business divisions.
Responsible for planning, organizing and managing an assigned business unit. Operate within broad objectives to ensure optimum utilization of resources; adapt business unit plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Evaluate policies, procedures and business unit goals to make decisions and solve problems.
