Warehouse - Night Warehouse Manager (Project Management)
Summary/Objective
The Night Warehouse Manager is responsible for the supervision and leadership of the nightly operations. This position is responsible for planning and assigning work; implementing policies and procedures; increasing subordinates' skills and capabilities; and recommending improvements in distribution methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provide regular progress reports to managers.
·Ensures all shipments that are prepared or shipped during the day meet all necessary requirements including departure time/date, proper packaging, truck loading and any special requirements.
·Coach and counsel employees; document/discuss performance reviews on a timely basis.
·Perform accident investigations.
·Maintain proper inventory levels.
·Manage department priorities.
·Track absenteeism and timekeeping.

Work Environment
Perishable warehouse and offices can range from 28° to 70° Fahrenheit.
