Minutemen strives to provide associates that are well suited for the position that our clients have trusted us to fill.
We are now hiring a Floating Bilingual (English/Spanish) Job Placement Specialist to travel between our offices. The Streetsboro location will be the Home Office, but weekly travel will be required to our Akron, Northfield, Warren, and Mentor offices.
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
Weekly pay at $18 per hour plus mileage - 53 cents per mile, calculated from the Streetsboro Office to the location and back.
This position is responsible for covering call-offs and vacations, so schedule may vary from week to week.
The primary responsibility of the Floating Bilingual Job Placement Specialist is to work with our external client HR and Hiring Managers to continuously improve the overall client experience to drive retention and support turnover/stability goals.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for working with individuals seeking employment and matching him or her with clients.Matchmaker.Your people skills are used to conduct interviews with clients to understand their needs, and doing so helps you to realize the best way each associate should be presented to potential clients.Listen to the client and send associates that meet a need.The primary responsibility of the Placement Specialist is to work with our external client HR and Hiring Managers to continuously improve the overall client experience to drive retention and support turnover/stability goals.Grow with existing clients.The Placement Specialist will take proactive steps to understand the unique perspective of our external clients and client facing associates wants, needs, and priorities to improve overall experience.Focus on Retention.Monitor new client hiring needs and share information and resources with Minutemen team.Make a good first impression with new clients.Ensure that all existing clients are being adequately serviced by coordinating placement goals with Branch Manager.Foot in every door.
No experience necessary, we are willing to train. Lots of room for growth!
The ideal candidate is social, a team player, and has knowledge of computer use and software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Candidates must track their milage monthly and turn it in at the end of the month.
