Position Title: Project Manager- Communications & Change (P3)

Role 

 

The Project Manager- Communications & Changeis responsible for the effective management of Supply Chain Management internal communication projects, including developing communication plans, coordinating all deliverables, tracking requirements of the entire project team, and proactively identifying any schedule risks. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and distributing business unit communications across varied channels to help employees understand and adopt business changes. This role will create messaging and content that clearly explains what business unit changes are occurring, why they are occurring, and how they tie to business unit priorities in a manner that is consistent with our corporate brand fundamentals and company culture. This individual will also create collateral such as presentations, job aids, and discussion guides. This is a terrific role for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can create a structured, organized approach to effectively synthesize and reinforce complex concepts.

 

This role will collaborate closely with the enterprise Internal Communications and Center of Change teams to ensure delivery of communications that are in harmony with enterprise-wide key messages, tone and vocabulary, articulate executive and business unit priorities, engage teammates effectively and influence adoption of business transformation.

 

The Sr. Change Management Associate will develop change management, organization design and workforce transition strategies, tools and programs that enable the success of Supply Chain Management's initiatives. This role will partner with stakeholders (including Corporate Change Management) to coordinate and implement one or more change management programs.

 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Drive awareness, understanding and adoption of goals and projects
  • Manage assigned communication & change management projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all activities are effectively and efficiently coordinated and completed on time
  • Interpret and synthesize complex or ambiguous information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
  • Collaborate with partners in other Business Performance groups to share best practices
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform and adjust strategy and implementation.
  • Lead the creation of actionable deliverables: e.g., communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans.
  • Perform needs assessments to understand the teammate needs, capabilities, and implications of future state (ex. impact assessment)
  • Develop and manage implementation of stakeholder engagement, communications, and training
  • Improving the overall outcomes of the transformation by transitioning teammates and/or customers to perform new behaviors
  • Building awareness of and a desire for committing to change
  • Ensuring a positive teammate or customer experience throughout the change journey
  • Craft and deliver supplier messages in conjunction with Supply Chain leadership
  • Work in conjunction with other internal organizations to build and maintain Supply Chain internal and external websites

Education/Certifications   

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

 

Experience/Minimum Requirements   

  • Five (5) years of project management, change management and/or communication experience
  • Demonstrated ability to expertly prioritize, organize and work effectively on multiple complex projects/programs in a deadline-driven environment 
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and/or design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, etc.)

Reports to: Director Business Performance Improvement – Supply Chain

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week).  There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
