Technical Support Associate II (Finance)
Be part of a contact center team which solves complex technical problems for the customer and learn to apply highest standards of customer support. You will provide professional timely support to increase customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include driving timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical issues as well as proper documentation and recording of all activity and communication.
