Communications Specialist - Email Marketing and Communications (Media)
JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Communications Director, the Email Communications Specialist oversees PERA's print and electronic newsletters and PERA's email communication program. The position works closely with the Web Content Manager and Digital Communications Specialist for a coordinated approach to digital communications across platforms. This includes creating publication content, analyzing data and analytics to create targeted digital communication strategies that broaden cand enhance engagement with PERA's membership, and target email marketing strategies to engage stakeholders in taking specific actions related to their PERA accounts and retirement planning.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Creating amazing member experiences is key to this role. The ideal candidate is a creative writer who engages our members in understanding their benefits and actively planning for a secure retirement. They are a skilled digital marketer able to leverage analytics, create inspiring content, and work independently or as part of a collaborative team to keep members informed.
