The Manager, Project Management is responsible for driving Project Management Excellence by leading projects. This includes new product platform and product innovations, sourcing changes effecting plants and/or copackers and productivity projects. End to end project management is expected to define project scope, gain stakeholder approval, manage all facets of project execution, and conduct post project assessments. Key deliverables will be the on-time, on budget and within scope commercialization of the new products or execution of the project. Completing renovation/brand maintenance projects for existing portfolio items is also in the scope of this role. A business development approach will be used to build scenarios, partner with the brand team and help define the projects being executed.
In addition, the Manager leads, for their assigned area, the development and communication of project portfolio valuation to efficiently quantify and communicate the company's current and future revenue growth projections based on the growth project pipeline and provides productivity tracking data to manage and deliver the savings pipeline.
The Manager is also responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to the company's Stage Gate process. Scope of responsibilities is for their assigned portfolio of brands and products, for innovation, changes and productivity. This role reports to the Senior Director – PMO, Contract Manufacturing, and Scale Up or the Senior Project Manager, Project Management.
