Position Title: A&E Project Manager (6E)

Position Summary
Responsible for the effective management of all designated A&E projects ensuring completion according to agreed upon timelines, policies, and procedures including A&E customer contract terms as applicable. Lead a team to drive A&E consistency across all markets optimizing cost savings opportunities. Ensure that the Program Managers, market Project Managers, and customers are aware of issues that will impact timely project completion or cost, and pro-actively seek to identify and communicate any schedule and budget risks.
Essential Job Functions
Manage assigned A&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all impacted deliverables are effectively and efficiently coordinated and completed on time within budget and in accordance with the underlying contract terms as applicable.
Responsible for the performance of a team in accordance to established metrics and systems usage.
Oversee all project contributors, internal and external, for timely completion and within budget.
Provide on-going resource, workload and financial evaluation and associated recommendations, justifications and forecasts.
Partner with Program Manager to develop accurate project plans and budgets for all assigned projects, modify as needed, including the receipt of all required documentation.
Lead internal and external deployment meetings with all necessary parties to review the status of A&E projects and implement changes as necessary to ensure timely project completion as necessary.
Ensure accurate and complete files are maintained for projects and distributed in a timely manner in accordance with corporate and customer standards.
Ensure that all jobs are maintained in a project tracking system with complete accuracy.
Coordinate resolution of design issues as needed (limited lease entitlements, additional ground space needed, easements, etc.)
Ensure market Project Manager, Regional Managers, and customers are aware of issues that will impact project completion or cost as applicable
Assist with other production activity if needed
Education/Certifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
A valid driver's license required
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
Experience/Minimum Requirements
Three (3) to five (5) years of project management experience
Other Skills/Abilities
Knowledge of telecommunications/wireless project management, asset management, tower maintenance, and property management
Knowledge of site acquisition procedures, including regulatory and permitting process
Supervisory skills preferred

Working Conditions: Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions 80% of the time. Required travel to project sites with exposure to heavy equipment and environmental conditions 20% of the time.
