Corporate Accountant (Real Estate)
Accounts Receivables for assigned properties/entities.
Reconciliation of bank accounts including timely resolution of bank errors/differences.
Reconciliation of cash clearing accounts and able to address all discrepancies
Cash management
2. Maintenance of general ledger, journal entries, accruals.
3. Responsible for all general ledger accounts of ledgers assigned.
4. Responsible for reviewing accuracy of reports produced prior to submission to management.
5. Performs special projects for senior management as needed including:
Creation of spreadsheets using raw data with minimum instructions from management.
Performs calculations and analysis of data using the spreadsheet.
Creation of clear, accurate, and concise schedules using Excel.
Ability to work on special projects while maintaining daily duties.
6. Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
7. Understand accrual accounting
8. Make sure all Intercompany balances for entities are reconciled
9. Prepare billings to intercompany or outside vendor and make sure all billings are reconciled.
10. Review old receivables weekly and make sure they are cleared.
