Senior Analyst Manufacturing (CMMS) (Finance)

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Analyst Manufacturing to join our team in Richmond, VA. You are responsible for performing various activities within and maintenance of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and reactive maintenance system (Trouble Call), to include Scheduling activities throughout Primary and Facilities/Utilities.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
• Implement new and update existing Maintenance Plans, Preventive Maintenance Plans, Bills of Material (BOMs) and associated tasks within CMMS.
• Build and maintain equipment records for all equipment residing in CMMS.
• Liaison with Business Area leaders, Maintenance Planners, Project leaders and other Schedulers to ensure maintenance systems are being maintained and used optimally.
• Support the workforce through CMMS and Trouble Call training, user access and troubleshooting.
• Provide backup support for maintenance Scheduling in Primary and Facilities/Utilities.
• Update Trouble Call when equipment throughout the factory is moved, modified or removed.
• Implement changes in process flows for existing CMMS and for future upgrades.
• Develop, maintain and present Maintenance Metrics to plant maintenance management on a monthly basis.
Education/Experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred or proven experience in a field related to maintenance, ERP systems, or engineering activities.
• You have ability to effectively communicate sophisticated maintenance and scheduling information to internal and external partners
• Highly developed interpersonal skills are vital to communicate across diverse cross functional groups
• Highly developed analytical skills to build maintenance solutions in atypical scenarios
• Highly developed end-user level digital literacy (Excel, ERP systems like SAP), Proven experience with SAP will be critical for this role.
