Senior Field General Manager (Finance)
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
Responsibilities of the Senior Field General Manager:
Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.
Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services.
Direct plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
Trouble shoot branch departments.
Solicit new business and responds accordingly to customer concerns.
Develop and install procedures and controls to promote effective communication and adequate information flow within the branch facility.
Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically reports these results to the Regional Operations and General Managers.
Ensure that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.
Ensure that all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws.
Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
This position requires:
Consults and coordinates with Senior Management and works closely with facility department supervisors.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee will occasionally lift/move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages subordinate supervisors located throughout the facility. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the units within this facility. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; or two years related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
