Human Resources Coordinator

Are you a people person with a passion for building great teams and a safe workplace? Our manufacturing company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to be a key part of our HR team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of our recruitment and onboarding efforts, while also playing a critical part in our factory's safety and wellness programs. If you're organized, proactive, and have a knack for juggling multiple priorities, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:
Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job postings and screening resumes to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.

Partner with external temp agencies to fill immediate staffing needs.

Use our HRIS system to track recruitment data and maintain accurate records.

Guide new hires through a smooth onboarding process, handling all new-hire paperwork and ensuring a positive first impression.

Safety & Wellness:

Help maintain a safe and healthy work environment by assisting with accident investigations and site inspections.

Support factory safety and wellness policies and participate in safety committees.

Ensure all employees are up-to-date on mandatory training, including safety and other programs.

General HR Support:

Collaborate with the HR Manager and HR Generalist on various daily HR functions and special projects.

Provide support for employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary meetings.

Create and maintain organized filing systems for all HR-related documents.

Analyze HR data and metrics to support decision-making.

Problem-Solving Skills: You have strong emotional intelligence and a good sense of judgment.

Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable working with HRIS systems and have strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

A "Plus": Bilingual skills are a definite asset.

This is a full-time position for an applicant authorized to work in the United States.
