Culinary Servers (Food Services)
Rosewalk Assisted Living is now hiring a full-time Culinary Server/Dietary Aide
What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?
- Making a difference in the lives of the patients we serve by providing them care and compassion.
- Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates.
- Provides prompt, professional, high-quality of service of resident meals and beverages per resident selections.
- Monitors resident diet orders and advises nursing staff if menu choices do not adhere to diet order.
- Assists in preparation and portion of meal items according to menu and diet requirements.
- Assists in the service of meals in accordance with sanitation standards. Any substandard quality of food must be brought to the attention of the Dietary Services Manager.
- Monitors food and beverage to assure proper temperature for service.
Requirements
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
- Prior Institutional and/or healthcare service experience is preferred.
- Prior restaurant/casual dining server experience preferred.
