Job Description General Duties JOB LEVEL: manages a wide range of activities for the team including Strategic Capital Group ("StratCap") reporting (Manager's Report, Quarterly Business Review and Portfolio Update), special projects and new deal underwriting. Able to engineer straight forward solutions to deal opportunities. Interacts with clients, teams, referrals and prospects usually with the support of another team member or with someone from Credit Solutions. Participates in the Bank's activities both internally and externally. JOB COMPLEXITY: Provides in depth analytic review of the materials for a new loan request. Assists with the financial modeling and review to ensure accuracy and integrity. Completes underwriting for credits and prospects with increasing levels of complexity based on experience. Reviews information and prepares other credit actions based on changing situations/risk. With guidance from the Director/MD or Vice President, contacts prospects and established clients. Responsible for building increasing levels of sector expertise and sharing that with teams and colleagues. Evaluate Borrowers' capital structure to prepare and review SCG pricing models along with recommendations on the necessary warrant ask. Assist with workflows between SVB, SVB Capital and other Partners. Understanding senior / junior lender collateral and intercreditor terms. SUPERVISION: Will provide training and leadership to the ADPers during their rotations. Provide input on warrant pricing model, underwriting. Strategic Capital Group duties
