The Demand Planning Manager is an integral piece of the demand planning function and key contributor in driving continuous improvement across our end-to-end planning process. The primary role of this associate will be to lead the end-to-end demand planning process governance and identify improvements and efficiencies to streamline the work in demand planning. This associate will also be responsible for championing the Mars five principles and to create a culture of development and engagement for their direct reports.
What are we looking for?
Minimum 5 years of demand planning experience
IBF, ASCM/APICS or 6 sigma certifications a plus
Knowledge and experience with JDA, Kinaxis and E2Open solutions a plus
Demonstrated experience of delivering effective presentations using qualitative and quantitative data to influence leadership behaviors and decisions
What will be your key responsibilities?
Support the development, implementation and change management associated with a multi-year capability building roadmap in support of the company's OGSM.
Champion improvement opportunities, marshal resources and drive projects to completion to achieve targeted measurable benefits
Identify and communicate resolution of issues, refinement of performance metrics with a focus on continuous improvement
Management of forecasts for a subset of the business.
Provides direction to the Demand Planning team, ensuring that training, development, and systems are up to date
Collaborates cross functionally to enhance capability of the S&OP+ process and achieve better End-to-End visibility
