Recruiter (Human Resources)
Strong focus on recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Credit Union personnel. Conducts background and reference checks for candidates and organizes the onboarding experience. Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities. Assists with ensuring that Credit Union personnel are well informed of human resource policies and programs. Ensures that Credit Union records and reporting comply with federal and state regulations. Completes assigned reporting functions involving attendance statistics, termination, hire and transfer data, and other information assigned. Provides recommendations regarding the development and administration of human resource policies and programs. Assists in informing new employees of Human Resource policies and programs as needed. Other administrative duties as assigned. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. This position has the potential for remote work based on management discretion.
Education/Certification: B. S. degree in business or related field or equivalent experience and education
Required Knowledge: Knowledge of human resource/recruiting laws and regulations.
Knowledge of products and services offered by Credit Union.
Knowledge of related computer applications.
Experience Required: One to three years of related experience.
Abilities generally acquired on the job. Includes formal and on-the-job training.

Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.

Strong typing and computer application skills.
Ability to assist and support others.
Able to operate telephone, PC, copier, and other basic business machines.
